Brownie RMHC Cookie Recipe
You can prepare it at home with simple and easy steps.
Ingredients Quantity:
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 225g Chocolate (Semi-Sweet)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup enriched flour
- ½ cup Chocolate chip
- Pinch of salt
- 3 eggs
How to prepare it?
- Preheat your oven to 180C.
- Take a bowl, butter, and chopped chocolate, and place it in the oven to melt.
- After 30 seconds, remove it from the oven and keep it aside at room temperature.
- Now take another bowl and add powdered sugar and brown sugar to it. Crack three eggs and add them to it. Beat it well with the help of a beater.
- In the next step, add the above-prepared butter and chocolate mixture to it, add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, and mix well.
- Moving ahead, add enriched flour, and then mix all the mixture completely.
- In the end, add chocolate chips and mix.
- Now take the oven tray and keep the butter paper on the tray, and then put the rounded tablespoon of the above-prepared batter by maintaining a little distance between them.
- And then keep it in the oven to bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
