Ingredients Quantity:
- 500g bread flour
- 330ml warm water
- 20g sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 slice of Tomato
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1 fresh lettuce leaf
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 10g yeast
- Spices and herbs
- 5g salt
- Butter
How to prepare it?
- First of all, put warm water in a bowl and add yeast and sugar to the water. Stir it and let it bloom.
- Take another container, and add bread flour and salt to the container. Put the water mixture on top and knead it until it makes a soft dough. Cover it with a damp cloth piece and keep it for 10 to 15 minutes.
