Filet-O-Fish Recipe

Ingredients Quantity:
- Alaska Pollock Fish
- Salt to taste
- 1-2 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon Gelatin
- Other spices
- 1/2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- Lemon Juice (Few Drops)
- 1-2 Pieces of Pickel
- Capers
- 2 eggs
- Breadcrumbs (Enough to Coat)
- 1 Slice of Cheese
- Regular Bun
- Vegetable Oil
How to Prepare It?
- First, you need to make a fish patty. Take an Alaska Pollock Fish and clean it properly.
- Now, cut it into pieces and add the pieces to a grinder. Add some salt, corn scratch, gelatin, and some other spices.
- Grind it well and take out the mixture. Make a three-by-three-inch square box patty and place it in the freezer for about 2 hours.
- Now, mix 2 eggs. Take out the patty and dip it into eggs and then into breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil and fry the patty until it turns golden brown and looks crispy.
- To make the tarter sauce, in a bowl, add mayonnaise, a few drops of lemon, chopped pickles, a couple of capers, and some parsley leaves. Mix all of these well.
- Toast the bun and put a slice of cheese on it. Then, place a square fish patty and pour a layer of tartar sauce.
