To prepare this burger, follow the guidelines mentioned below.
Ingredients:
- 500g beef meat
- Herbs and spices to taste
- Alaska Pollock Fish
- 1-2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon of gluten
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Grill seasoning
- Cheese slices
- Pickles
- Regular bun
- Onions
- Egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Oil
How to Prepare It?
- First of all, you need to prepare your beef patties. Add beef meat and specific herbs and spices in a grind. Grind them properly.
- Take out the meat mixture in a bowl and make 2 round patties. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- Next, marinate your fish. Take out the fish and clean it properly. Cut the fish into pieces and put them into the grinder.
- Now, add some spices, salt, cornstarch, and gluten into the grinder. Grind it well and make a three-by-three-inch square patty. Keep it in a freezer for 2 hours.
- Cut the pickles into round slices and onion into small fragments.
- Take the beef patties and fry them in oil.
