I will discuss here the complete recipe to prepare Herb and Garlic Seasoned Fries just like McDonald’s at home. 

Ingredients Quantity:

  • 3 to 4 Large Potatoes
  • ½  a cup of vegetable oil
  • ½  tsp of salt and pepper (or according to your taste)
  • ½  dried thyme
  • ½ of dry garlic and sage

How do I prepare it?

  • Take the potatoes and wash them properly, then peel them off and give them a shape similar to French fries. 
  • Take some water in a bowl and add cornstarch or salt to the water. 
  • Add the pieces of potato to the bowl and let them soak for half an hour. You can also boil them a little. 
  • After that, take out these potato slices and dry them well. 
  • Take a pan Add vegetable oil to it and preheat the oil to 480 degrees. 
  • Now add French potato slices to this oil, Fry the fries for 1 to 2 minutes, or until they attain a light brown color. Once the fries are cooked and have a good color, take them out and let them dry on paper.
