Ingredients Quantity:

• 2 cups of flour
• 2 tablespoons of sugar
• 1 tablespoon of baking powder
• Half a teaspoon of baking soda
• Half a teaspoon of salt
• 2 cups of milk
• 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
• 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
• 2 tablespoons of butter
• Chicken
• 3 Egg
• Spices and herbs
• 40g Breadcrumbs
• Smoked Paprika
• Onion Powder 
• Garlic Powder
• Oil

How to prepare it?

• Let’s make McGriddle Cakes first. Put flour in a bowl and add sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix it well.
• Take another container, pour milk, 2 eggs, vanilla essence, maple syrup, and butter into the container, and stir it properly with a spoon.
•  Add the milk mixture to the flour mixture and mix it until it forms a smooth paste. Place it in the refrigerator for 5 to 10 minutes.
• Take a frying pan, add some oil or butter to the pan, and drop a metal ring in it. Take out the cake mixture, pour in the ring, and cook it for 5 minutes on each side.
• Next, prepare a chicken patty so, add some full-grind chicken to a bowl, and add some spices and herbs according to your taste. Make a proper round patty and keep it in a cool place for 7 to 10 minutes.
• Take a bowl, add an egg, Smoked Paprika, Onion Powder, and Garlic Powder to the bowl, and stir it. And put breadcrumbs on a plate.
• Then take the chicken patty, dip the chicken patty in breadcrumbs, dip it in an egg mixture, and again dip it in breadcrumbs. 
• Add some oil to a pan, and fry the chicken patty in it.
